This is by far the worst gym anyone can go to, the owner/ immature person is very disrepectful to customersI thought I was the only person experiencing this until I looked up reviews on Yelp and their Facebook page confirmed itOn Sunday 2/28/I paid in full for my membership and of which I still have the receipt for, however when I asked why some of equipment was broken and when it would get fixed I was met with rude people and a day later I wanted to cancel my membership and again which I had paid for in fullThey told me I could not get my refund until I sent an email something to a third party finacial which did not even have me in their records ( which I find extremely shady)The owner named Michelle is very unprofessional and by that I mean she lucks morals and is very uncouthIf anybody that reads this please stay away if you do not want to get disrespected and treated terrible after spending your hard earned moneyAll I asked for was my refund and I was on the receiving end of insults, I can't believe people like this are in the business world, unbelievable
