My advice is run while you still can I asked for a data transfer, was told my hard drive had to be opened and it would cost more than a transfer which "was not possible because of my computer shutting off" photos were taken off during a transfer and I decided not to pay more so I got my computer back without going into the hard driveI later did a transfer myself but was still refused a refundAlso my computer charger was never returned to meNether issue was addressed after filing a Revdex.com complaint
