CORE CHIROPRACTIC

The office overcharged me beyond applicable deductible by $90.00. Payment is due at time of service so I submitted payments as requested once services were rendered and when I began asking for an audit of my account via email to have a document trail, they ignored my requests and I found that my claim had never been submitted to insurance despite what the administrator had stated. My initial treatment plan was stopped part way through and never completed at my discretion until a complete accounting could be provided. I did not get receipts at time of payment because I was informed that I could request a patient statement at any time and I have never ever had an issue with payments being posted with any providers, but now there are 2 cash payments that do not show on my ledger and I have no receipt for them. I have repeatedly requested assistance through email and a phone call, spoke to the doctor directly, and still nothing has been resolved and I have not received a check for the overpayment. I am owed $90 for overpayments and have yet to see a check. I have severed my relationship with this business and will seek treatment elsewhere, as well as getting receipts for every little thing.
