Core Alternatives, Inc.

Scott Glahn Owner of Core Alternatives, Inc. was hired as our contractor for building of our foundation for our new home. He was friendly, experienced and ambitious. He visited often and was generally on site most days. The overall job was good but what should have been an 8-12 week job took almost 5 months. With in days of completion he stopped by to get our final payment on his contract to complete his job with us which we paid in full. Five months later and we have received a certified letter from a Lawyer stating one of the sub contractors had not been paid and now they are trying to take legal action against us because they cannot get ahold of him. We have tried calling him and left messages but he has NOT responded. We have had a second subcontractor contact us for the same reason.
