I was selling my house which had been rented 6 years in Youngtown and was recently up there working on the buyers inspection report.

I asked Mr. [redacted] to do minor electrical, plumbing as well as carpentry and some other activities. He was prompt in always answering the phone/calling right back as well as courteous, reliable, neat - and was willing to go on the roof for an item.

His advertisement states he carries insurance and has been cleared by PORA and as well he was certainly my lowest bid for a handyman in this area. After meeting him I felt comfortable leaving the key to the house with him for a day or two. He also helped me to a minor extent with loading things into my car and tidying up - things which come along with moving out under these conditions.

I had both licensed and non licensed work done on this home as required and highly recommend him when non-licensed handyman can legally be done on homes under the conditions I experienced. I highly recommend this handyman.
