With regards with the above complaint ,we reached out the the guest and informed her that the third party reservation in this case EXPEDIA are the ones who have charged her cardWe received a credit card from EXPEDIA which is a one time use card.So its is up to EXPEDIA to refund the money on her
cardBefore one makes a reservation with EXPEDIA , you are required to read the terms and conditions of cancelation before making the reservationAfter Ms *** reached out to us about this situation I personally called EXPEDIA and offered to NOT charge the credit card provided by them on the condition that they give the guest a refundI spoke to Ms *** after that and she confirmed that she received an email from EXPEDIA confirming the refundWhy we got involved between the two parties is beyond us since this reservation had nothing to do with us and Ms ***But at the end of the day it got amicably resolved Thank You *** ***
