To whom it may concern, I'm filing a complaint to the management of this Mobile homeOn March 30th of I parked at the guest parking, this is where my boyfriend resideHe lives in XXXXX [redacted] of this addressI received a warning over night and didn't see it til the next day morning at 4:30am of May 1stIt said that if I was a guest of this place that I have to get a permitThat afternoon after my boyfriend got a permit, place it on my rear view mirror and I was able to park again that nightSo on May 2nd at 4:30am, my car was missingI panicked thinking my car was stolen, there was no signage who to call or note that my car got towedI had to Uber to get home that morning, and called out from workAfter my boyfriend got back from work around 3:30pm of May 2nd, we spoke to the management and she apologized to usShe said to pick up our car and pay for the towing and she agreed to reimburse my Uber trip and towing feesThe guy named [redacted] admitted his fault
