[redacted] was given a business card with my correct information on it. I dont know why she has given Revdex.com false information there was no reason for her to do that, but [redacted] just wanted me in trouble and wants my growing business out of service....

I have received a call from [redacted] with Revdex.com and I never knew I had any complaints from [redacted] until 5 days ago.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
Although I received a refund eventually, it was not without further insult and harassment leading up to that time. This business is obviously not a real cleaning service and they have wasted my time with this frivolous back and forth. I hope that they receive a downgraded reference from the Revdex.com.
