Cordiano Winery

I contacted *** *** @ Cordiano Winery in March for a holiday dinner event in December I thought we ironed out all the details Unfortunately, I was asked to have my guests bring blankets to dinner since it will be cold outside and they may not have enough heat lamps to go around since they are 'first come, first served.'
This was NOT our agreement from the beginning I have contacted the owner, ***, several times requesting either a refund of the $deposit, or if we can at least utilize that money as a credit at the winery for a future dinner/wine tasting
This is breach of contract, and bait and switch I have YET to hear back from a rep to assist me in a good solution for all
