Review: I rented a townhouse from [redacted] Dec. 15th 2012 when we moved in nothing was working properly "dishwasher, lights, etc," our hot water heater even busted and water went all over the carpet and nothing was done I had to call the plumber myself. He is a slum lord does not like to fix things but loves to take section 8 rent money. I paid my rent and the house was jacked moving in and I have pictures of it. He won't give me what he owes me for she security deposit he is saying that it's our fault that our dog messed up his yard but the yard didn't even have grass when we moved in then he said something about a screen upstairs but there was never one in the room. I couldn't make it to the walkthru because I was at work and couldn't get off so I believe this is why he is pinning all this on us he is rude talks to his tenants disrespectful and does not need to be in business everyone said he takes everyone's deposits cause he gets away with it well I'm doing something about it.Desired Settlement: I want the $400.00 he is charging me for the outside grass that was never there and the screens I'll take responsibility for the rest but if I can be honest he needs to be to and stop ripping people off that work hard for there money.
