Corban Construction did a fantastic job for us! We were very pleased with the two projects they recently completed. Our confidence in them is very high and we plan to do two additional projects with them. Paul is very easy to work with and is willing to tackle any specialized project. We would highly recommend CORBAN CONSTRUCTION for your construction projects!
Thank you very much for your very kind review!! We truly enjoyed working with both of you, and we are looking forward to the next one!
Paul an Cyndi make a good team. Corban Construction did an excellent job on expanding a room. The work was excellent and the Company completed the job well within the estimated completion date.
Thank you for the nice compliment! We loved working with you guys, and would be delighted to do so again some day!
We hope to see you again for another expansion in our Master bedroom bathroom this coming fall!
Absolutely! Let's do it!
I recently had a 10' x 12' room additon to enlarge my master bathroom project completed by Corban Construction. I have nothing but praise for his professionilism, quality, and communications with the customer. His workmen were polite, careful not to damage my property, and cleaned up completely every afternoon. Paul responded quickly to our phone calls, and suggested ways to improve our design or reduce our costs. His prices were very fair and in fact, he was able to add 120 square feet and a new footprint for 1/3 less than anoter local contractor quoted for a design using the original footprint.
I am happy to recommend Paul and Cyndi C of Corban Construction to execute your next construction project. They have just completed enclosing our previously screened lanai. The project was completed professionally and looks great.
The professionalism starts with the very comprehensive detailed bid package. We interviewed several contractors and received bid packages which were illegible, not very specific and didn't do the amount of work Corban was going to do. Paul's sale was not high pressure, but just very matter of fact - "here's what we're going to do and here's the cost."
The slowest part of the project was getting through the design drawing and then permitting. Once that portion was completed and subs started getting on site then things moved much better. (Note, when you are considering a project make sure you take into account major holidays where workers have time off. This is not unique to Corban, but is a consideration when dealing with any tradesmen. )
Paul did a wonderful job of communicating the time line on the project and what was going to happen daily through the process. We knew what was going to happen in the week and if changes occurred he promptly updated the work schedule. Whenever work was underway he would stop by sometime during the work to observe and answer questions.
His subs were professional as well. If issues surfaced or work was not satisfactorily completed, Paul made sure it was completed satisfactorily.
In total, this was a remodeling project which went very well and looks absolutely spectacular.
