Review: I had the [redacted] of this company [redacted] install quartz counter top in my home. When I purchased the product from him he told me it was a Silestone original and that it had lifetime guarantee from any defects. It would never crack, stain etc. I noticed after installation that it had a small crack in the corner which now is becoming bigger. I have called [redacted] several times for months, have left messages, texted him and even spoken to him, where he has promised me that he will come and look at the problem to repair it. He has done several appointment to come to my home and doesn't show up. He doesn't return my phone calls and now ignores my calls. We paid over $2500 for this work and are very upset.Desired Settlement: At this point I don't trust him and want a full refund of my payment.
