I had a great sales experience with resort save. The sales people were friendly and helpful. They explained everything jay I would be responsible for on my upcoming trips and they told me everything. That would be included. Jason J was particularly helpful and gave me a great discount.
I "won" a contest on a local radio station on March 12, 2018. In order to secure my vacation, they required a $349.00 payment. Before I agreed to pay, I asked if there was a refund period. A company representative named Rosa S told me that I have a period of 62 hours to cancel my trip and get a full refund.
The next day, March 13, 2018, I called and requested to cancel my trip and get a refund. After speaking to several people, a company representative named Luis T told me that I am not eligible for a full refund and offered to send me a gift card for $150.00 with the condition that I still had to go on the trip.
This is not what we agreed to on the phone. Every representative I have talked to has tried to fast talk me and transfer me to a different departments where nothing gets resolved.

We are sorry to hear about *** experience. Luis T should have provided her a full refund, per our Terms and Conditions. We have processed a full refund today, 3/19/2018 for the amount of $349 and she should it on her credit card in 10 - 14 business days. Luis T will be disciplined for not following proper protocol and we apologize that this happened.

I accept the respond from resort save. A credit of $349 was refund to my credit card.
Thank you.
I am requesting a refund from this organization due to their failure to provide services to me.
On 11/20/2015 I purchased a vacation package from this organization in the amount of $997 plus the $60 charge to my account last week for the booking of a trip to Mexico that I no longer wish to take. This package included various vacation destinations. I was told specific instructions regarding the booking of the destinations. I was told that I had 3 years to use all the vacations or they would expire. It has been a a horrible experience to use these vacations. Each time I attempt to book, I am being told something different. Last week I booked a trip to Mexico, that went ok. But when I attempted to book the other trips all on the same call I was told that I needed to book my trip with a female traveler for my other trips. When I questioned this Lori told me that I had to have a female companion that shares the same residence that I have and her address on the drivers license must match mine. When I purchased the package, I was told that I had to have a female companion only on the trip to Costa Rica. (I remember this perfectly because at that time I was merely dating and would not have had purchased if I had to be co-habitating with someone) I attempted to book a trip in Aug/Sept 17 for Oct 17 for South Florida. At that time they told me that this destinations was no longer available. They offered to email me a list of available destinations. I actually got the email while I was on the phone with the rep and South Florida was on the list at that time. And, last week when I called South Florida was still available, but only if I booked with a female companion. In late January 2017 I called to reserve lodging for April 2017. I booked a trip for South Florida and they charge me about $50 fee. Within a couple of days I received an email advising me to call them about my booking. When I called they told me that the destination was not available even though I was making my reservation 30 to 45 days ahead of time, thus guaranteeing me lodging. When I requested information in writing explaining the denial of my booking, they refused to give me anything in writing. I spoke to Bryan F and they put me in a ***, which was nothing like the resort style destinations I had been promised. In the last week of October 2017 I was contacted by them. They were inquiring as to why I haven't traveled and I told them that I was actually in Ft. Lauderdale and that I had experience trouble booking. They told me that my package had expired and that I could keep it current for more money. When I challenged this, they reviewed my package an told me that everything was ok. At that time I spoke to Mr. Preston T who assured me that I would be able to have all of this resolved. I am attaching emails that I have sent as well as their correspondence back to me. I don't feel as though I have done anything wrong. They have not lived up to their promises.
Lastly, on several occasions I requested their business license information both verbally and via email. Each time, no response.
I am requesting a refund of $997 in the form of a check because I have since paid off the credit card and closed that particular account and a refund of $60 that was charged last week.
Like ***, all of our customers are important to us. Every year, we send thousands of customers to locations around the world to exotic destinations allowing them the opportunity to visit places they could never afford just by taking a time share presentation. The overwhelming majority of our customers have a fantastic experience and will even purchase additional mini vacation packages from us. In some instances, we have customers like *** who has a less than positive experience and we hate to hear that.
In reviewing ***'s complaint, it is interesting to note that he filed the complaint 4 days after booking a 5 day, 4 night all-inclusive vacation to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico but yet he claims that we do not live up to our promises. I would like to point out several points in our terms and conditions that impact this his refund request, as it relates to his complaint.

Condition 3 - Single men between the ages of 30 and 65 with an annual income of at least $60,000 do not qualify for the "base" vacation and qualify in some locations.
The tour partners we work with in Ft Lauderdale do not take single males but do take single females so if *** travels with a single female, he would be eligible for the trip.

"They have not lived up to their promises."
We booked *** on two vacations; we canceled the second vacation once we received his written complaint from the Revdex.com.
Also note Condition 11
The package fee is non-refundable 30 days after the purchase date. The package fee is non-refundable once a reservation request has been placed with BV.
Once we made reservations for *** in Fort Lauderdale, his package became non-refundable.
In an effort to make a gesture of good faith, we are willing to refund *** his booking fee for Puerto Vallarta, Mexico ($60) and half of the purchase price of his original package price ($499).

They are correct in stating that I did in fact file a complaint with the Revdex.com. I had every intention on using all of these vacations. When I booked the Puerto Vallarta trip I attempted to reserve all of the other vacations at that time. Lori was my reservation specialist. While attempting to book the Bahamas Vacation, South Florida, and the other open destinations, Lori clearly told me that I have to book with a female companion and that the female companion must share the same address as me. Again, this is totally different than their recent response and when I initially paid for this promotion. Again, when I purchased this package I was told that I could travel with family or friends and that the only trip I MUST have a female companion was the Costa Rica vacation. When I purchased this package I had just moved into a new residence and was not living with anyone other than my son and daughter and would have never purchased this type of vacation knowing I have to have a female companion travel with me on every trip. During the sales pitch of this promotion they failed to provide exact details and terms and are now telling me that I should have carefully reviewed the terms and conditions. As for the South Florida trip that I did use, they PROMISED during the call that as long as I booked 45 days ahead of the trip, I would be guaranteed Resort lodging. Now, in their terms and conditions it states that similar style lodging may be offered if the destination are not available. I am out $1000. They are not out anything. By offering me $499 plus $60 I am still out almost $500. They are gaining for doing absolutely nothing. Again, I booked a Mexico trip and attempted to book the others but the terms and conditions changed. I will accept a cashiers check in the amount of $860. Nothing less. I would love for them to provide unedited recordings of these calls. The only other condition that was explained was that I would have to attend a sales presentation for other vacations on each trip that I attended. I can surely tell you that I would attend the each presentation to fulfill my obligation, but there is zero chance that I would purchase anything from them ever. This is not a win win for either of us. As previously stated I would accept $860 and this be a $200 learning experience for each of us. if not, my next attempts will be to seek an attorney and at that point I would seek the entire amount and the fees for the lawyer.
We understand *** frustration but the tour vendors we have contracts with have different qualifications as who can travel to which destinations. We provided *** options for traveling, the same as we do with every customer, he just chose not to work with us. We also find *** to be disingenuous by booking to travel, filing a complaint that we won't book a trip for him, and then requesting a refund. We are out marketing and sales costs for the sale of the package, processing and fulfilling his reservations and it did cost us money to send him to Ft Lauderdale. We are happy to offer *** a refund of $710, as a show of good faith.

I want to put closure to this issue with this organization.
This business charges hidden fees.
When I purchased this, they assured me that there would be no hidden fees. I made sure to ask what taxes and booking fees I would be responsible for and they said it was all included. When I went to book it, of course there are hidden fees.
I would like the $748 refunded that I spent on the vacation package (not used.)

We spoke with Mrs *** and listened to her concerns and then refunded her the cost of her purchase on 2/10/2017. She cashed the check on 2/21/2017. Supporting documentation is attached.

This refund was not requested. Your company called me and said that the third party used to process payments went out of business. They refunded this check but immediately charged me again.
We are unable to locate a second charge for $748. Please provide supporting documentation, such as a credit card statement, and we will be glad to investigate. Please email directly to [email protected]
The desired resolution stated in the complaint was a refund of $748, which we submitted evidence of providing.
Thanks,
Beau H

I was mistaken in the amount. Yes, I was refunded for the two charges from January 24th of $298 and $450 totaling $748 but was then again charged an additional $156 AND $318 on February 3rd that I was definitely not refunded for. All documents are attached in an email being sent to Beau directly.
I purchased a vacation package from this group and requested a refund because they failed to provide the service and honor my reservation.
The company claims to be a vacation service and takes money from people up front for vacations. When I attempted to book my vacation, this fraudulent company failed to do so. After several attempts to get my money back, they agreed to return it but never did. My credit card company attempted to get the refund on my behalf but the company failed to respond to them as well.
I would like a refund of the $1,213 that this company stole from me.
A chargeback for $216 took place on 6/4. We are issuing a check for the remaining $998.
