Bad experience with Copy Cat Had a service call in January 2010, the repair person said what the cost for labor and parts would be so I gave him a check with " payment in full for repair" written on it Many months later I get an invoice for the parts I called the owner, indicating it was paid already and owner said okay In I get the same invoice and resolve it again with the owner Now in March I get a collection call on same invoice for these parts againI gave the owner a copy of check again but Copy Cat not satisfied I suggested going to arbitration to settle but finally agreed to pay an additional $to resolve it
Our apologies, we had experienced a very busy season, with us taking weeks to come out.
" background-">As to the second trip out, our service man was at the customers home and used a gas detector, and checked all the fittings, burner & pilot and could not find anything wrongWe cannot make a trip with our service truck and a man out for nothing, or we would not be in business
