First, the customer was refunded. 2nd, the customer purchased a repair product from ***. We repaired the product in our repair facility and tested it for good working condition. We listed the product (and others) on ***. Mr. [redacted] decided to bid on multiple auctions and... win them. He refused to pay for 5 of the 6 auctions. We shipped the one unit he paid for. Approximately a week after he received the product he notified us it did not work and wanted to return it. It was authorized to return it. Upon inspection of the unit we found that it had been involved in a crash and the camera was broken. We took video and photos that were located on the camera that indicated the camera and the copter worked as when we shipped it. The video also shows the copter landing too hard, likely the cause of the damage. Some video also shows children flying the copter (recommended 18 or older to operate the remote control device) Attached are photos of his house, and the camera working. I have attached the links for some of the video he left on the card: In working condition: [redacted] Crash: [redacted] – note a copter should never bounce. Again, he was refunded though [redacted] already. Sincerely, [redacted] Director of Operations [redacted] @coptershop.com [redacted]
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Sincerely, [redacted]
