Copps Food Center

I recently did some grocery shopping at the Copps in Manitowoc. It was a very pleasant experience. My mom and I met the new manager as we were trying to find a grocery item. He sensed we were looking for something and immediately offered his assistance. He smiled and made eye contact with each of us. He was very courteous and respectful. We were taken to the item we were looking for. He asked if we needed further assistance. Then he wished both of us a nice day.
