To whom it may concern:Immediately after receiving this complaint, we reviewed the details. Although we did not do anything wrong, and were justified in charging the amount in question, we believe that the damage to our reputation would have been far more costly than the refund that

Review: We requested a septic pumping. They were unable to find the access point and told us they needed to return a week later to dig for it and it was likely 3 feet underground. They would also need to install a riser to make access easier in the future. After digging up about an 8 foot by 3 foot section of the lawn with a backhoe and cutting through irrigation lines, they discovered that the access point was at the surface the entire time. On top of that, the access point was indicated by white caps that were easily seen at the surface. Something a company who does nothing else but septic tanks should be able to figure out. We were charged $155 for an hour of labor despite the fact that the labor was never actually needed as it was their mistake in finding the access point.Desired Settlement: We only request a refund of the $155 that was due to labor that was unnecessary and result of their employee's mistake.
