I do not agree with the business because I told them in the beginning how much I had approved from the bankAlso even if there is an as is clause there is also an lemon law I had the vehicle for week and when the car broke down on me I called the business and they said nothing to help me I was stranded with two children, and lost wages from work and eventually my job from this

At Southern Cars, we strive to provide great customer service and quality vehicles.  This was the second vehicle that the customer purchased from us, which should say something about the service that we provide to our customers.  We sold her a Jeep that was checked out mechanically by us...

before we put it on the lot and by whoever she brought with her to help her make her decision on her purchase.  We went out of our way to help her with her purchase, to the point of dropping our price significantly so that she could get financing completed.  Ms.[redacted] had an option to purchase an inexpensive warranty that we offer to every customer and declined to do so.  Lastly, Ms. [redacted] signed an "AS-IS" agreement with Southern Cars that we were not responsible for anything that may happen to her vehicle following the purchase.  We try hard to help our customer, our lenders, and our community.  Sometimes, consumers have unreasonable expectations.  Thanks, [redacted]
