For three years I have brought my personal and company vehicles here, $wash and $tipI have always enjoyed their serviceToday I stopped in after leaving circle k buying cigarettes packsI left two in the truck and took one with me for the waitAfter I left I realized one pack was missing from the door (deep enough they dont fall out) I went back to tell the manager (I know its my fault for leaving my own stuff in my car thinking its safe)The manager had the crew look through my truck to see if they could find them (Guess i'm to stupid to have done that myself, Oh wait I did) the manager then got really snotty with me and asked how much are they, I told him $he then pulled $out and brushed it at me and said here my people dont steal, (It is great that he supports his people and believes in them, The funny thing is that when I pulled back in the guy who had vacuumed my truck was smoking and quickly dropped his cigarette and walked away) He basically called me a liar and handed me the $dollars, I immediately gave it back and said I'm not a liar but you have a thief and I will never bring any of my vehicles backSo lets do the math $a wash $tip = $per car x cars =$two time a month for a grand total of $a monthTrust me the cost of a pack of cigarettes is not the point its that he called me a liar and is willing to lose $a month from one customer over a pack of cigarettes
For three years I have brought my 4 personal and company vehicles here, $22.00 wash and $5.00 tip. I have always enjoyed their service. Today I stopped in after leaving circle k buying cigarettes 3 packs. I left two in the truck and took one with me for the wait. After I left I realized one pack was missing from the door (deep enough they dont fall out) . I went back to tell the manager (I know its my fault for leaving my own stuff in my car thinking its safe). The manager had the crew look through my truck to see if they could find them (Guess i'm to stupid to have done that myself, Oh wait I did) the manager then got really snotty with me and asked how much are they, I told him $6.00 he then pulled $6.00 out and brushed it at me and said here my people dont steal, (It is great that he supports his people and believes in them, The funny thing is that when I pulled back in the guy who had vacuumed my truck was smoking and quickly dropped his cigarette and walked away) He basically called me a liar and handed me the $6.00 dollars, I immediately gave it back and said I'm not a liar but you have a thief and I will never bring any of my vehicles back. So lets do the math $22 a wash $5 tip = $27 per car x 4 cars =$108.00 two time a month for a grand total of $216.00 a month. Trust me the cost of a pack of cigarettes is not the point its that he called me a liar and is willing to lose $216.00 a month from one customer over a pack of cigarettes.
