Copper Creek Pools, Inc

We chose Copper Creek pool (from 3 other pool companies) to build a 16'x32' pool for our family, in October 2012. The due date for the completion was 5-21-13. The company has started with the excavation and trench digging for the equipment before winter has settled in for the season. During the winter they worked at the project as the weather allowed and on 5-17-13 the heat pump was turned on. On 5-20-2013 our family had his first swim in our very first swim pool, thanks to Cooper Creek Pools.

I am thankful for contracting this company for the project for more than one reason: their professionalism with describing "what comes next" and why, the details the homeowner does not necessarily know; meeting the due dates, as previously established; responding to the needs of addressing the changes to the initial plan as they came; the role they played as liaisons with other subcontractors (i.e. cement work, electrical work, landscaping, pool cover, etc.), and being there for whatever answers we had, or work needed to be done.

Building a pool is not an easy project for the common person. For us it was even more significant as we came to this country 31 years ago in the pursued of the American dream. We did find it with the help of Copper Creek Pools, and for that we are are grateful.

The experience we had with this project was a very positive one and we would recommend the same to anyone pursuing this goal.
