I was having computer issues in my office, I informed Mr*** of these issues and had my Service Technician come out to get them resolved for meI had to work around my Service Technician schedule, and he had to order parts for me, which took a couple of days
to receiveOnce I received the parts, he then came back to my office and installed the partsI have been able to print the documents that Mr*** asked for and I did fax them to him , so this matter has been resolved, as of last Wednesday
