Review: Basically I am being strong armed into paying reinsertion auction fee of 400.00 due to a glitch in their website showing money in my account. The issue is that their site showed I had a 300.00 balance in my account which enabled me to bid on a vehicle which I ended up winning. When I went to the location to pick up the vehicle they claimed I had 0.00 in my account. I was only able to place the bid because I supposedly had funds in the account and I was expecting to use the funds in my account towards the purchase of a vehicle, when I found out their website was wrong I requested to not purchase the vehicle as I did not have funds to cover the cost. I asked to speak with a manager and was denied, yet the employee I worked with spoke to him and I was told he will not do anything for me. I explained that I was under the impression the funds were there and would not even been able to bid on the vehicle without money in the account. They called their headquarters and again they denied me. I stated I just want to let the vehicle go, but they informed me I would need to pay 400 dollars to reinsert it into the system. They would not budge on the decision and I guess my only option now it to take them to small claims court.Desired Settlement: Place the vehicle back into the auction site for future auctions and relieve me of paying 400.00 reinsertion fee.
