I purchased merchandise online from CopGear in the amount of $26.85 on September 18, 2020. The company never provided the merchandise, will not respond to my repeated email and voicemail message requests for a full refund and there is no business located at the address the provide.

I placed an order on 01/15/2020 for a police duty belt and have not received my order. I asked to cancel my order for a full refund. I have attempted several times to make contact with the company to no avail. It seems like a scam. I just want a full refund. They will not accept phone calls to their business.

10/14/19, I order a badge holder and as of today 1/5/20 I have not received it. I have emailed twice and called to which a recording comes up with no option to leave a voicemail. It appears I have been scammed.

I made an online order via the company's website (copgear.com). Several days later, I made an inquiry via the websites "Contact Us" section and requested an update on the order status. Several more days past and I did not receive any information. I did some research and discovered that the actual physical store closed at the beginning of this year. I am not sure if this includes the online store. My credit card was charged for the purchase and I will be proceeding with the process to have those funds refunded.

I ordered 4 items from this business online on 10/14/2019. The website said 2 of the items would be received within 2 weeks the other 2 items were 6-8 weeks

I’ve never received any of the items 8 weeks later I’ve attempted to contact this business 5x via email and telephone however the telephone is an automatic recording that doesn’t take messages. It refers you to email the company

They literally have failed to answer a single email, respond to any requests, and I still have none of the products I ordered however they deducted the money from my CC account

Now I’m still fighting to get the charges reversed and never received over $100 in merchandise. This company used to be a legitimate company who I dealt with many times. Now it appears that they are an internet scam that steals customers money instead

I ordered a badge through Washington Police Supply’s website, ***.com, in March of 2019. It’s now December of 2019. I have requested a status every couple of months. I get a response of I will look into it, or something similar, every time. Still do not have the product nor a refund as an alternative.

On August 19,2019 I placed an order and I still haven't received it and its been over 3 months. The Customer service is horrible because there is an answering machine and no one calls you back. I continue to send an email and still nobody responds. This business does not operate from the location listed, I actually went to the location and was told they moved over 3 years ago. Avoid buying anything from here. I finally had to put in a complaint with the Revdex.com. Unacceptable!

Business never sent items that were ordered online. I sent numerous emails requesting an update and received no response. It wasn’t until I brought up the matter with a coworker at metropolitan police department that it was revealed to me that this business scams people who order equipment online.

I ordered a tee shirt from this company to be delivered to my home. They never delivered it. They have not responded to any email or phone messages. I gave them money and they gave me no product.

On march 7, 2019 I purchased a gold retirement police badge from copgear.com and used my debit card, which they charged $71.85 and never delivered the item. It said it was received and my order number is ***. I made numerous attempts to contact them with negative results.

Hello, I am writing in regards to a purchase I made with this company back in March 2019. My order number is: ***. The total amount paid to this company was 24.40. I have still not received this order.

I have made many attempts to contact Copgear and have received two replies via email stating that they will look into the issue. Since then I have not heard a word from anyone from this company. I have been sending in emails through their contact forms.

It seems that they are no longer responding to my request for the items I had purchased. I would really like my items sent asap.

Made an online purchase on June 3rd. I have not received the purchased items. Attempts to contact company via email serval time with no response. My account was charged for the purchase. It is June 17th and still have not received any emails or products.

On July 11, 2018 I placed an online order for a badge on a website for *** At the time of the order I paid a total of $103.73 for the badge,tax and shipping charges. On 9/20 and 10/2/18 I sent a message requesting an update on my order. On 10/29/18 I received the following reply,
Good morning sir,
I will look into the order. Greg has been sick on and off and I have been helping him to catch up as well as I can.

Subsequently to that, I sent additional requests for updates on 11/7, 11/15 and 11/26. I did not receive any replies after October 29,2018. On 1/21/19 I sent a message requesting a full refund. I have not heard from them.

I made a internet purchase on Nov. 12, 2018. The order #*** for $69.46. I have e mailed the company twice for an update. As of Jan. 29, 2019, I have not received a response.

Ordered an item from business in April. Since that time there are no responses to numerous emails. When trying to contact by phone it automatically goes to voicemail and then states mailbox is full and will not allow you to leave one. Company charged me $102.40 on my credit card, which has already been paid, and I have not received my order and cannot get in touch with any company representative.

Product was ordered on October 27, 2017 and charged on my account. As of this date I have attenpted to contact the company through email which is the only option as to where is my merchandise. I have not received any answers on all (4) attempts to contact them.
