4 out of the 3 loads of concrete that we have purchased from Cooper Concrete has been extremely wet making it hard to deal with. It costs extra time to let the concrete dry enough to finish. We have paid full price for all three loads. The last load we purchased, we asked for it to be discounted. They declined our request. If you order concrete from Cooper Concrete, I would suggest ordering it dryer that what you need and adding water at the point of delivery when you can see the product.
