DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!! I am presently suing this contractor because he has caused extensive damage to my existing home He was suppose to build a two car garage and great room at my house He did not follow the architectural plans correctly and set the addition too far back As a result, there is no way to access the addition from the mail house In addition - he set the floor of the garage inches below the driveway so water pours inThe foundation is shoddy and leaks - which has caused considerable mold damage in the houseThe structural design of the roof will not hold snow bearing loads IT IS A TOTAL DISASTERI had to hire a structural engineer who stated that the work is SO BAD - the addition must be torn down and rebuilt as a cost of 80K+ Every time I tried to address issues with this contractor he was dismissive and rude and said he knew what he was doing Apparently he didn't AGAIN - DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR!!!!
