Review: I ordered two vouchers from living social to purchase dark blue and clear crystal fireball earrings valued at $90.00. I purchase the earrings via coolstuff1122 I received a confirmation and that the earrings would be shipped out. It's been over 10 days and I have not received the product. I have sent emails and made phone calls and left messages and no one has gotten back to me at all.Desired Settlement: I would like to get the earrings however if that's not possible I would like my refund back for shipping costs that I was charged and never received the product

Review: I was directed to this company through a [redacted] coupon I purchased. They were selling Otterbox iphone cases. The ad did not indicate that it did NOT fit the iphone 5c. When I received it, it did not fit. After 3 attempts to receive a refund after returning a product, the only answer I received was, "we do not carry a case that will fit the Iphone 5c". They are very hard to get a hold of - no phone number - only email. I have only received one response, and it did not address my concern to receive a refund because the product was not as advertised.Desired Settlement: I would like them to address my refund questions and offer me the opportunity to ship the product back and receive a refund for the price I paid.

Review: Just like all the other complaints before me, I made a purchase September [redacted], 2013 and never received my order or refund.
I too sent an email stating order was never received. Cool stuff replied stating order was shipped along with NO tracking link for tracking order. I sent a 2nd email for refund of money and [redacted]reply was " I will process your refund right away but first I will need to know if you used any voucher codes with these orders? I replied on 11/**/2013 stating "no I did not use any voucher codes and still have not gotten refunded.
This company and website needs to be shut down. I believe [redacted]is a fraudulent company/website just out to steal peoples' money.Desired Settlement: I would just like refund of my money.

I was unaware of the reputation of this company when I purchased this product. Any quick search online will show countless number of reviews that this company does not fulfill orders. Just look at the Revdex.com page or [redacted] and you will see complaints, and only complaints.Desired Settlement: I would like the $11.95 I paid for this product back.

Review: I ordered a pair of earrings from Coolstuff1122 on August **,2013. Several weeks later on September **,2013 I recieved an email stating that my order had been shipped and it would take 2-4 business days for delivery. Today is September *,2013 and I have still NOT recieved my order. The website link to track your order does not work. I have called the number on their website three times and it goes straight to voicemail. I have left messages and have not recieved a response. I have also submitted two emails through my Coolstuff account that is supposed to go directly to customer service and I cannot get response.Desired Settlement: I just want what I purchased or a refund.

Review: I have not received my order nor have I heard anything about my order even with the 2 emails I sent. I have called them as well with only being forwarded to voicemail. This is one for the email I had sent to them 9/*/2013 1:06:28 PM Order Number:: [redacted],order was placed 9/*/13 and yet the funds have come out of my account, but I don't have a tracking number or est on delivery? There website says shipped within 5-15 days well hate to say it been over 5 and 15 still with my order just prossicing.Desired Settlement: I would love for my order to be sent to me.

The letter also stated that it would arrive in 5 to 10 days, I am currently awaiting for the package.a
