CoolKicks

Dec, 2019 Coolkicks launched an app to sell shoes online. App was not successful and they said to reach out for a refund. I emailed but no refund.
On December 2019, cool kicks released on app that required a monthly subscription of *** I signed up for the app but the app never worked. Upon a failed app release, cool kicks told the public to email them for a refund of the *** purchase. I have emailed them on 4 different ocasión through gmail but have not received a reply. I would normally let this go but it is poor practice to steal money from customers. The account that needs to be refunded is *** This is the account that I signed up with. The payment method was with a credit card ending in *** and the funds were charged in December 1st, 2019. I attached a picture of the charge below.

Establishment has sold me a counterfeit item and has refused to help me with any form of compensation for the amount I had paid, given that they are a second hand shoe store and sell new and used shoes. I tried to sell the shoes back to them while at the time I did not know they were counterfeits and they refused to buy them. I took them to another store and they refused to buy them as well and at that moment they had told me that they were not a legitimate shoe and asked where I got them, I said CoolKicks and he said it was odd that they did that.
