Cool Roof was responsive to our inquiries and worked with us and our two neighboring associations to provide a low cost contract for all our roofs The work was completed in a timely fashion, the workers friendly and efficient, and good about cleaning up. We have had no problems with any of our roofs. Across the street, a competitor's blew off in the next hurricane.

Cool Roof did a professional and masterful job coating 2 flat roofs at my Deerfield Beach residence. The crew put extra time/effort into coating where the pitched roof meets the flat roofs, to guard against future leaks. Cleanup was totally complete. I was shown photographs of before and after; impressive difference!
Leaks have totally stopped, and the bonus is that after many years of seeming hot, the two rooms under the flat roofs are obviously cooler to be in during the heat of the day.
