Cool-Rite Cooler Company, Inc.

I ordered a part on 8/23/21 and it has not been delivered. I have called numerous times and emailed about this and no one has contacted me. If you can't deliver it , then refund me my money and I can find someone who can. When it was sunroc and I ordered a part it was always delivered, I was always able to contact and talk to someone. This is looking to be a disaster.

Review: The product was not and still has not been delivered within the 5-7 days promised. It was purchased and paid for 3/23/2016 and today is 4/5/2016. I have called Cool-Rite's telephone # 3 times and left voice messages along with return telephone #'s, I also sent an email, but no one has bothered to return my call or email to explain what is going on. I ordered and purchased this water cooler for and in the name of our church but paid with a personal credit card, (and the full amount has been deducted from my bank account on 3/23/2016) so I would like to know the status of the transaction so I can expect the soon delivery of the product, or a complete refund, so we can move on.Desired Settlement: Deliver the product (SUNROC water cooler NSFD14), or a compete refund without being charged a restocking fee.
