Cool Pools

Horrible company. Bad service, they lied every step of the way. The product was done wrong several times. It is still a problem after 2 years. Bad quality, no integrity, liars.

I have a signed contract from 5/28/18 to hire Cool Pools, LLC to install an inground pool.Cool Pools is backing out of the deal over the agreed price.
My family and I are in the 6th week since we signed a contract and as of today they haven't started. We were told that our pool would be complete within 6 weeks (weather conditions permitting). Weeks and weeks have gone by with ignored calls and no updates. As of today the owner Shane Richardson calls ,tells us that the signed contract his company representative signed with us invalid and re-quoted the pool. It was substantially more on price. $20,000 to be exact.Mistakes do happen I understand , but when a company makes a mistake they should own up to it and take care of the customer to make things right. The "customer" is always right and with a signed contract stating a price and agreement the company should do what's right. This company won't last long by doing business this way. Extremely disappointed in this situation and I will make sure to spread the word on how Cool Pools does business.
