On November 2, 2016, I paid for the product and shipping As of 11/16/16, the product has yet to arrive in the mail My order # is XXXXXXX
I called their customer service on different occasions (spoke with Amber, Abby) Each time, they simply said...."I will file follow up with USPS" I expressed my concern with the delivery The prizes were for students at an elementary awards program The event was held last week and we assured them it would be delivered before their Thaksgiving break on 11/18/ Still no delivery
The company options were:
They will follow up with USPS
They can re-order only with Supervisory approval (no return call yet from an approved supervisor)
I called today and spoke with Abby She asked me to call back around 10:am She doesn't know which manager will be onsite (due to trade shows)
I will NEVER order from this company again They were not accommodating to my timeline and errors with their shipping vendors All they can say is that the order shipped out of their warehouse REALLY!!!!!
The items were prizes for elementary students Thanksgiving break is days away I asked them to re-ship the order and we can resolve the payment later

I highly recommend CoolGlow. They went over and above to help me solve a situation with a faulty product. They were easy to talk to, extremely fair, and what you wish every business would strive to be. I have recommended them to several friends and business associates. Will definitely be going business with them again!
