After repeated pestering phone calls and hang ups by this companies apt scheduling deptI gave in and scheduled fall maintenance with JAonly to be called the next day by TFto schedule the same appt It was scheduled today Monday 9/between - pm By 235pm I called the office to see what was going on after being on hold the woman came back and said the tech was there and I wasn't home I along with my husband and daughter were at home and never left The door bell works and a knock on the door would have been heard by one of usThe woman said rudely she wasn't there so could not say and wanted to forward me to the scheduling dept to rescheduleAsked to be removed from their call list Poor customer service, scheduling and overall service to customers
