On June 3, 2015, at the request of the tenant via their management company we dispatched a plumber to address a clogged bathtub drain complaintBlockage was cleared and we recommended a new tub pipe
On June 9, 2015, our plumber was sent to replace pipeRepair was leak checked and in good
working order upon departure
On September 16, 2015, the homeowner called our office to let us know about the leakI asked the source of the water and he told me it was coming out of the fixture (which we did not do any work on)I told him I would be happy to send someone to look at it and that if the source was from work we did then it would be covered under warranty but if the issue was from a different source then we would have to charge for the visit
We called the tenant to set up the service but have yet to hear back from them
We are always committed to servicing any warranty issue that occurs

The company was asked to provide diagnostic services for malfunctioning A/C systemThe person came over on August 14, 2016, inspected the A/C, charged $for diagnostic services, and stated I would be receiving an email with written description report with detailed findings
I never received the report, which I needed for insurance review of damaged caused by A/C leakage
I called company three times, and I was told to "call during business hours", or "call another day because the person handling my file is out today"
This complaint has been resolved with the consumer.
