We are sorry to hear about this technical issueWe have contacted the customer and he has implemented a work around for this issue ** using Windows In the meantime we are working to resolve this issue in Windows and we will be back in
touch with the customer when the problem is fixed
This customer purchased a ResumeMaker Business License, which was provided to her as soon as her payment of $had cleared, on the 12th of July, We had collection issues from this same client back in for a ResumeMaker business licenseWhen she contacted Individual Software this year
for a renewal, we needed payment made upfront before we issued the license
Ms*** contacted *** *** in Technical Support on the 14th of July requiring assistanceWe were in contact with Ms*** with on the 13th and 14th a total of timesOn the 18th, she sent a request for a refundSince the license has already been issued, it can no longer be used and is non-refundableMr*** contacted Ms*** via email and via phone call that a remote session could be set up to help Ms*** enter the new annual business license for ResumeMaker ProfessionalOn the phone call on the 18th, Ms*** stated she was not at the computer the program was installed on, and asked to rescheduleWhen Mr*** made contact later, Ms*** was not willing to set up a remote session to resolve the issue
Mr*** did state that if he was not able to resolve the issue through a remote session, Individual Software would refund the purchase priceWe require a system be made available to our technician with the cooperation of the customer to try and resolve any technical issue before any refunds can be considered
Technical Support is still being made available to Ms***We will work together to arrange a mutually agreeable time to resolve the technical issueShe has been using the product for over a year with a previous business license, so we would like to see what technical issue now exist
We are sorry to hear about this issue. Since we could not resolve the customer's technical issue we have issued a refund per our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee.
