Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the allegations by Mr. [redacted].  After speaking with him on a few seperate occasions I would say he has buyers remorse and was changing his story more than once to get a refund.  The firearm was inspected by one of our gunsmiths and live fire...

tested and video recorded with no problems.  He was notified by phone message for pick up and of no charge for that service.  As of today he has not picked up his item.  The MSRP according to the manufactures web sight is $[redacted] and as he stated he paid $[redacted] at our shop.
