I created an order on 10/10/for a "no longer supported by manufacturer" gasket for my pressure cookerI received the item in a timely manner and even better, the item worked for meI will use this company again as I will order another gasket as a backup for future use

I contacted this company after finding them online I have an apple orchard in Canada and was looking for a commercial canner for my jams I was very confused on which model to get so emailed my questions Sasha was very quick to respond and called me immediately instead of trying to do it over emails In one call she talked me out of purchasing an item that would be over-kill for my business She could have made $more by letting me buy what I thought I needed She explained everything so well and when we actually purchased our canner she spent an hour with us explaining everything This company cares about yours and it is hard to believe peiple like this still exist in the business world Very impressed
