Cooking 4 All Seasons

Review: I recently placed an order with their website. It was placed, I received a confirmation email, and they charged me. Upon waiting a couple of weeks, I never received a tracking email nor did I receive my products. I did however get two separate emails from their website, asking me to rate the purchases I never received. After getting two emails asking for reviews, I got worried and logged into my account on their website, only to see that the order was mysteriously canceled with no notice and no notification of a refund. It's horrible enough that I received no indication that my order was canceled, I have quite literally in 10+ years of online shopping never once had that happen. The reason this never happens is because it leaves the customer where I am now - having no clue if my money was refunded or if it was stolen by this company. I sent an email to them one week prior to filing this complaint to give them a chance to make it right - I received no response. I am now letting the Revdex.com know that this company is either entirely a scam, or has terrible communication and business practices. Thanks.Desired Settlement: I would like to know that my money has been refunded. I never received any indication of order cancelation or refund, despite getting emails asking for reviews of the products I was supposed to receive.
