I made an appt at Mountain View Eye Center for my year old son, [redacted] When I made the appt, I gave them my insurance information for BCBS Federal and was never told at that time that the appt would not be covered by insuranceWhen I made the appt, I described that my son was being referred by an outside testing source through his school and he'd also had headaches beforeWhen I checked in for the appt the receptionist also did not tell me that my insurance would not cover this type of eye examI was under the impression this was a covered exam and my copay would be $I have tried to talk to multiple people regarding this issue and was told they would discuss this with the eye dr and get back to me and instead I was just sent a bill for $and if I pay in full by July it will be $If I would have known that the office was not going to bill this as a covered exam then I would have taken my business elsewhereThey seem like a nice enough staff, but they should re
