The business went to the consumer's to repair a dishwasher. It was an install and he removed a couple of tiles to get the dishwasher in. The dishwasher was too tall. A few days before he had repaired...

some tiles that her refrigerator had been dropped on. There were only 5 tiles in all that needed repaired.
Everything was connected and he was checking to see if it would cycle correctly. While he was talking to her husband for 5 minutes, the consumer had opened the dishwasher. She had turned the basket around and wretched the basket back in. The dishwasher was inoperable when he left, but he was not responsible for the damage. The consumer will need someone to replace her dishwasher/door.
