Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The owner has chosen to lie again now about his policy which he mentioned nothing about when the shirts were ruined I showed him two of the items that were ruined and he just said he would fix the others and give me a refund for the rest or a credit on my next order Sincerely, [redacted]
If the ruined shirts had been returned in a timely manner, we would have replaced them free of charge.We never received ruined shirts.
The order was placed in 2012.
We do not issue cash refunds of custom merchandise.
