My experience with Conway Air was very professional, all the people that I dealt with was very nice and courteous, they knew what I needed and didn't try to sell me anything moreI would recommend them to anyone looking for a new air conditioning unit

I would love to give a shout out to a better than great company that saved the day My AC went out the day company arrived, isn't that always the case? I called mid afternoon and their wonderful technician was out within two hours, diagnosed the problem, got the system temporarily working Having worked in the HVAC for a number of years as equipment designer and duct layout I am very familiar with what sometimes may be an expensive outcome with other companies This one was above board, honest and extremely professional throughout the entire process Even though a new coil was recommended, I know that winds up being a temporary fix for a year or two only, then something else will go So I told them to just give me a new AH The next morning I had the estimates waiting in my email and I picked the one I wanted Received a call the next day to install and they came out Wednesday to do the install There were other problems found after they got into the installation and a new platform had to be built along with a new disconnect and some electrical work There was no additional charge and what would normally be a 3-hr job turned into an all day job for these guys They were WONDERFUL!!! Did a great job, went thru the ceiling next to the return and had a professional company come out and repair that damage the next day Wow!! I AM IMPRESSED!!!
