Convoy

This is a brokerage business. My company has lost thousands of dollars because this company promises freight. When my company picks a load up the load is never there or the load cancels after the time frame stated in the contract. Convoy does not call to check on product before pick ups or delivery. This has cost my company close to or over $10, 000 in the last 2 weeks. When ask to speak to a manager or legal team. This company customer service has no information for the proper department. The customer representatives lie and say they are managers and brokers until I notify them that I am recording the call and they hang up or transfer to a different department. I would like to be contacted by someone at Convoy who has authority and can actually do something about a persistent problem that is on going. I would like Convoy to stand by their contract and privacy terms. I would also like a number to a manager over the operations department because their are too many inconsistencies with the loads being booked and than being taking away from the carriers without proper notification.
