I have been consulting with legal help and documenting this women's harassmentagainst me and more importantly my seasoned company. This former attorney, should know better.I will not sit still while she causes me great stress and harm
Here is my response. This attorney calls my shop says she just bought a used carand wants price on remote/key combo for her car.Gave her a price and I took the order over the phone. This attorney of all people you would think would have gone over with the selling dealer what optionsher car
came with or without. Not my responsibility to know every car ever made. Also keep in mind the key/remote she received that was cut and programmed to her caris a functioning key with the security chip that starts her car but because this car did not come with the remote option the remote portion on the key/remote does not.She needs to take this up with her selling dealer perhaps. With the ever changing car options its up to the buyer to educate themselves in my opinion.Have a nice day

[I visited Convoy Locksmith with a request to have a remote key made. Owner assured me he could do the job and I relied on the owner's expertise. I paid $306.20 in advance (have invoice and master card receipt). He could not perform the job and I want my money back. He can have the key back since it doesn't work as intended. Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.

Review: I paid $307 in advance so the owner could order what he needed to have a master remote key made for a 2013 Camry I had just purchased. When I picked the car up the owner explained he could not program the car with a remote keyless system because the car was not equipped for that. I requested a refund because I advanced $307 expecting to have a master remote key made and he failed to perform the job I bargained for. At one point he agreed to a full refund but has since changed his mind and now questions (in his own words) "why you feel that I should have known what options your vehicle came with or without." All I can say is I relied on his expertise as a locksmith, he didn’t perform the job that I paid him in advance for, and I expect a full refund. I have a shop invoice and receipt for payment.Desired Settlement: full refund
