I'm sorry but this issue was already reviewed by the bank who ruled in our favor.
Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Convertify's response is defensive and does not at all satisfy the complaint. The bottom line is that they were irresponsible in the handling of this project, they cost us time and money by the delay. They also failed to include in their documentation the profuse apology for their negligence in their last attempts to salvage the project. All of the documentation is in a cloud based application that they control and we no longer can access. We do not dispute that they made some last ditch effort to save the project, but honestly it is apparent that they were not committed to the project by their own admission. It is not our responsibility if they felt they underbid the project. That does not make it ok to do subpar work and we should not be financially obligated to pay for their screw up. The work they executed was sloppy, careless, unprofessional and of poor quality--not at all what they promised nor frankly what I believe they are capable of. I feel this a company that has a lot of talent and a lot of potential, but they are not committed to their customer service and did not do right by us.
They need to take responsibility for the failure of this project. We expect a full refund, the balance due is $500.

Review: We (I am speaking as a representative of [redacted]) entered into an agreement with Convertify to redesign our website and to provide conversion optimization. Part of the process was to be customer research to help hone in on specific marketing messaging. As an expert in the field of user research I made it cleat that I needed to be included in that process to provide guidance. The project started on 7/28, with a deadline of 8/15. Although we told them we didn't want them to rush if it took a little longer it was ok, we did need the work completed as soon as possible. They did not even start any research until the week of 8/15. The research was totally off-target, unprofessionally set-up and executed. They even had our products mixed up and described incorrectly. Not to mention they did not once involve my when I had made it clear I was to be consulted before anything went out.We contacted the company to complain about the execution, the apologized and requested we give them another chance and agreed with our concerns. However, nothing improved. We requested a refund. They agreed to refund us $2000 of the $2500 claiming that they had hard costs invested in the project. Unfortunately that was their own doing. We received no value from their services and expect a full return.Desired Settlement: We expect a full refund, balance remaining is $500.
