I am rejecting this response because:I'm satisfied with the refund I received, however, they're response is deceptive-- their advertisements are everywhere, and I can't imagine they aren't aware of them. They are clearly putting them online to deceive consumers.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12407114, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  On 10/20 They told you that they had mailed me my refund, and I stated that if I get the refund I would be satisfied.  As of today, I still have not received it. I called again on 11/3 and they said they would look into this.  Again, Nothing.  These people are not only dishonest, but out and out liars with apparently no regard for their reputation or integrity.  I find it hard to believe that this has taken 6 months, and is still not resolved.
