I did not like this company and was mentally abused

I purchased a pair of new Double H boots from an online retailer Within months the right boot is collapsing on one side The boots have very little wear (I work a desk job and I'm only on my feet 1-hours per day) After contacting Double H, they informed me that they will only warranty their boots through the retailerThe retailer is refusing to warranty anything Double H is claiming that they do not need to warranty these boots because: the retailer will not warrant them and they are saying the retailer was not authorized to sell their boots Double H's consumer policy statement which is posted on their website clearly states that Double H has an obligation to consider whether the boots falling apart is a warrant-able failure Additionally, there is no public disclosure of what they consider authorized and unauthorized retailers

"Tahoma",sans-serif;">Convergys emailed Mr*** a survey invitation. The invitation included the following line:
“To express our appreciation for your time and input, Convergys will send you a $check if you qualify and complete the survey.”
Mr*** clicked on the survey link, answered the qualification questions and then received a message saying his quota group was full. I bought a pair of double h boots from a store located in Tallahassee Florida roughly months ago but just to give them the benefit of the doubt we'll say monthsAnyways, within months the soles started splittingBy the fourth month the soles had HOLES worn completely through the solesI paid roughly dollars for the bootsI tried contacting them, they responded initially but are now refusing to make contact with meI'm a plumber, we mainly do new houses, so it's not like the boots were put through any sort of strenuous conditions! They're just garbage

This letter is written in response to your May 9, 2014 letter to Convergys Corporation regarding the above-referenced consumer complaint.  This letter will report to you the results of an internal investigation that has been conducted by Convergys in response to your letter and the complaint from [redacted].   Convergys can report to your office that the call referenced in the complaint by [redacted] was not a telemarketing call.  The call made to ###-###-#### was a market research study call and did not include any sales component.  The call did not contain any solicitation for purchases or contributions.  The call was intended for no purpose other than gauging a consumer’s customer relations experience for our clients.
The Convergys business unit (Convergys Customer Experience Applied Analytics or “CEAA”) responsible for our clients’ programs that place market research study calls is a member of the Council of American Survey Research Organizations (“CASRO”).  CEAA operates these market research programs in compliance with CASRO guidelines.  CEAA maintains its own internal Do Not Call list.  In response to the above-referenced complaint, CEAA has added the telephone number for this consumer, ###-###-####, to the CEAA Do Not Call list.
