On 06/18/18, I ordered a watch for $Somehow, I also ordered a necklaceOrder# *** and *** I was not told which order number was for which itemI didn't get a sales rep's nameMy total amount paid, initially, was $After the day trial, which I hadn't seen, I was charged $for one item and $for the otherI talked to a rep on 7/and 10, who both told me that they have the "terms" clearly stated and that I could not get a return of a product and/or refund of a product that I didn't orderI went over and over my information, only to be told that, basically, I was in the wrong and not able to be given the justice I deserved, I thoughtIt's just wrong that I, happily, have a watch, but am out almost $for what?? Anyway, I got a new debit card along with cancelling my membership with Fashion Luxu
