They scammed me and took over 300.00 from me!! My bank won't refund me I have to get it from the company! I have tried contacting them phone is disconnected and emails never get answered. I want my money BACK now!! Help me figure out how!!
Unlawfully withdrew money from my bank account and then cancelled my order but I saw nothing and had to cancel my bank card.
I sent in a request for a free sample and I paid the shipping cost. You sent me a shipping receipt and I never received the product. You then withdrew unlawfully without authorization to transactions from my bank account one at $169 and one for $179. And then I never received a thing still. You stole approximately $400 from my bank account and never saw anything and never got even a response other than to cancel my order.

Keto offers a money back two-week trial Now they won't give me my money back
They offer a free two-week trial. What I didn't know was they start the two week trial from the date of the order my order date was April 20, 2020 I did not receive the order until May 6, 2020. I tried the product and it made my heart race. So I know it is not healthy for me to take it. I contacted the company on May 9, 2020 via email. I canceled the subscription. I asked to be reimbursed they withdrew a sum of $69.95 on May 7, 2020 and then another sum of $79.95 on May 6, 2020. I wanted to be reimbursed for both amounts. They responded to my email and said I would need to call a phone number to talk about the reimbursement. When I talk to the representative he said they would not reimburse me the money because I had exceeded the two week free trial. By the time I receive the product the free trial was already expired because they started from the date of order. So realistically it's not a free trial because you don't get a chance to try the product before the end of the trial date because they don't send it to you right away. My order number is 1CXXXXXF24. The customer service person also told me the only way I could get a refund is by returning the unopened bottles of the product. But I tried the product that's when I found out that it made my heart race and so now they won't give me my money back. They are actually being deceptive by not sending you the product before the two week trial is over. I hope you can help me with this or at least prevent other people from falling into this trap. I did not authorize nor was there anything stating a reoccurring charge afterwards while I was signing up for THE TRIAL. Now I have charges of 79.95 from XTONIKETO.COM and a charge of 69.95 from XTONIFORSKOLIN.COM that were not authorized out of my acct. I did not have anything as far as contact information with trial products so I had to google. After finding a number I have called multiple times only after waiting...having no choice but to leave a message. I ordered spark keto 4.99 bottle on 4/28/2020 and spark Garcia for 4.99. I received both but then was charged 79.99 which my bank declined so I was then charged 69.99 the next day which is today 05-13-2020. I never hit the continue button after I I realized there was a subscription which I did not want so I backed out. I was charged anyway and sent. I have a $84.90 and $74.94 charge to my account that I did not authorize. I ordered a trial of the Control X Keto and Control X Garcinia Cambogia on 4/20/20 and 5/8/20. I was only supposed to be charged 9.94 for shipping. They did not disclose that I was subscribing to anything. The email they sent was only an order confirmation of what I purchased. No included contract of any sort. Upon arrival, the pills came in a black plastic bag with only a packing slip. I received an alert from my bank informing me "FORSKOLIN" had charged my account for $84.90 and $74.94 I had no idea who this was & there was only half a phone number attached to it (XXXXXXXX). I have been trying to figure out who this was. I finally strolled down my prior emails & realized the half phone number was the same as "KETOSLIM." However, the number attached (833-762-7576) was disconnected. I have been googling everything for a working customer service number. I finally googled Revdex.com & found a good number. I immediately contacted them. The female customer service rep was VERY RUDE & told me I was AUTOMATICALLY enrolled in their subscription due it being over the 14 day period. I am very disappointed how they do business. PLEASE HELP ME Revdex.com!!

On March-26-2020, I purchased some pills called Spark Keto and Spark Garcina from this company. The website https://trysparkketo.com/ It said I had ONLY to pay shipping and handling. Who knew that it would be two separate charges for $4.95 and $4.99 from under the names of LUXELLKETO and *** They came in a black bag with nothing but the bottles. On April-13-2020 I was charged by them again for $79.95 and $69.95. I called them up on which the number in my bank statement was 844-9476667. A rude lady picked up saying I didn't cancel a 14 day trial, and its a legal transaction, and hung up. Tell me is it really if I was not notified of these transactions and what I'm being charged for?! I received no product! Now its May-10-2020, I'm being hit with a $84.90 and $74.94 charge. THATS $309.74! I called the number on the keto bottle which was 855-750-8864, and a man picked up, realizing its the man from a call in March when the lady hung up before and he said he can't find me on their records, so sent me to this another number which was 888-3262809. No one picked up. There isn't a single notice of a trial or a monthly subscription on the website. Not gotten a single email from them since the purchase. What kind of business is this? Emails are useless, phone numbers are useless. I BEEN OVERDRAFTED TWICE! 30 BUCKS. I want my money back, I'll be over drafted again this month as well. I included the receipt email from the company as support. This is a crime! I don't want any future charges and nothing to do with this company anymore. They should shut them down.
