I brought this piece of hand held equipment to this place in working conditionAll I wanted them to do is replace the rollers so the blade would stay on, and I got the thing back with the cord cut off and all in parts in the boxThey did not have to take the whole thing apart to replace the rollers and they surely didn't have to cut off the cordI want this replaced or I will take them to court for this.Thank-You, *** ***

individual brought into us an old Milwaukee port-a-band saw that wasn’t working. We sent it in to the repair facility(T & A Industrial), and received an estimate to repair it of $92.94. We advised him of the cost and he didn’t want it repaired, but wanted the tool back. As is the industry custom, when a tool is returned unrepaired, it is returned unassembled. If the customer wants it reassembled, there is a tear down labor charge, and an additional charge for reassembly. We didn’t charge him the initial tear down charge, and he is still unhappy with that?? Attached should be supporting documentation. Nothing we can do at this point, sorry.
