Their quality control is non existent
They sell old pre mixed grout. Grout colors within gallons variate slightly that is reality. When you buy from CD, their old stock gives you a great chance that it is dry, crumbly and the color will have turned to an unusable color. You have to start your project IMMEDIATELY upon receiving it due to their 30 day return policy. I have not used them for other things but my experience was awful.

After persistence before contract drawn up in March, there were delays in getting materials then we did not want to schedule to the COVID outbreak & was not "mission essential" & health concerns on both sides, which is not really an issue.
Issue is, the demo & part of the renovation started. The guest bathroom which was 90% completed, was scheduled to be completed on following Friday, there was a scheduling conflict, so got pushed to Monday. Monday comes & cannot be completed because the parts were wrong color, but if "the parts were all on hand," we don't understand why there was an issue "if already on-hand."
The master shower was demo'd and changed the size due to wasted space, so non load bearing studs would need to be relocated & some dry walling, plus a larger pan & larger acrylic walls.

I apologize for this being brought up again. We have connected with Shannon and have a game plan to resolve his issues with the work order changes. As explained with Shannon the material that is ordered for the work order change is a material that requires additional steps in manufacturing and additionally with LTL shipments adds time to the turnaround. We have progressed the project as far as we can while the materials are being delivered. This client is quick and the message could of stemmed from a few days ago when he was frustrated about the timelines. I understand the frustration and for the inconveniences experienced and even though he made a work order change want to ensure his satisfaction. We have also set his project to top priority once the material arrives to ensure that it is installed as soon as possible. We are meeting with the customer soon and will address any and all issues to ensure this does not happen again. Thank you for all your help and bring to our attention. We appreciate your support.

I am not rejecting this response(but not fully accepting).

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution a good starting point. Granted the complaint was started due to lack of communication from the vendor & when things were scheduled, I would be really fortunate to get any sort of notice (or response) as to why appointments could not be made.

I agree there can be issues with getting materials which may have to be made & shipped. We were told a time line & so far has went on since 24 Jun for the Master shower being demo'd. I understand issues/options may not be discovered until the walls are opened up, so modifications could be made & falls back on getting those materials. We hope there would be a priority to get those items installed once available.We are still waiting for the guest tub Delta Venesian Bronze shower rod & hooks to be installed (again over a month). Grab bar got installed yesterday. The modified contract papers were never returned either. There was also mention of a credit of $1500 for our inconvenience & lack of customer service. Not sure why that was left out (was told verbally & believe was original response from vender).
